Attorney Representation: Full representation is usually done on an hourly basis. Some cases can be handled for a flat fee. A retainer/deposit is required before we can begin representing you.

Consultations: An initial one (1) hour consultation is available by telephone or in person for $100.00. This is a good option for those who need quick answers.

Pro Per Assistance: We can coach you in negotiating an agreement, preparing documents and pleadings, and representing yourself.

Preparation of Legal Documents: We can prepare documents and pleadings which you file without us becoming your attorney of record.

Mediation: An impartial mediator can assist the parties to resolve their conflict and come to a fair agreement in non-adversarial discussions.

Arbitration: We can act as a private judge, rending either binding or non-binding decisions.
